Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the houseboat at any time.
No Smoking
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the houseboat. Smoking is allowed only in designated exterior areas and must be disposed of properly.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed due to space limitations and allergy considerations.
Safety First
Children must be supervised at all times while on deck or near the water. No diving or jumping directly from the houseboat. If using the firepit, propane MUST be turned off after use.
Operation
Guests may not operate or move the houseboat. Docking, fueling, and any mechanical operations are handled by the host only.
Water & Electrical Use
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; no wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.
Noise & Neighbors
Please be respectful of neighboring boats and marina guests by keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening and early morning hours.
Weather Awareness
Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and using caution during high winds, storms, or changing lake conditions.
Cleanliness
Please leave the houseboat in the same condition as arrival. Any excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
Respect the Lake
No littering in or around the lake. Fishing is permitted only in accordance with local regulations.

Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless otherwise approved in advance.
